Stephanie Collins- Executive Director

Stephanie Collins is our Executive Director. Stephanie started her career with CCCL as a Direct Support Professional. Stephanie grew within the company through her dedication, hard work and love for the CCCL Individuals. Stephanie prides herself on hiring Direct support Professionals that promote a harmonious work and home environment for the CCCL Individuals.

Alayna Berschauer - Medical Coordinator

Alayna began her career with CCCL as a Direct Support Professional. Alayna is responsible for everything medical including medication compliance and communication with the team about the ever changing medical needs of our Individuals. Alayna is also cross trained and takes part in our after hours on-call rotation when she becomes the supervisor on duty during the hours the agency office is closed. 

Saquita Jo Rife - Associate Director

Saquita Jo Rife is our Associate Director. Saquita Jo started her CCCL career as a Direct Support Professional part time. Saquita Jo grew within the company through her dedication and hard work and has filled in every position on the administrative team including acting Director in the absence of the Executive. Saquita Jo maintains the CCCL Individuals Medicaid and Food Stamp applications and recertification's, assists the staff in the Orientation and Training processes and supervises their performance ensuring that the CCCL Individuals are receiving superior care for their services.

​Jackie Yoksh - QPM and On Call Supervisor 

Jackie began her career with CCCL as a Direct Support Professional. Through Jackie's hard work and dedication to the agency and the CCCL Individuals; Jackie was promoted into the Medical Coordinator role and is now the QMP/On Call Supervisor. Jackie becomes the supervisor on duty during the hours the agency office is closed. 

Rebecca Solis- Community RN

Rebecca is a Register Nurse. Rebecca provides nursing oversight for our Individuals in their homes. She completes at minimum, one face to face nursing assessment on every Individual our agency serves monthly. Additionally she monitors the agency for medical compliance in accordance with State regulations.
